Akshi Tarpan- Rejuvenation of the eye tissue with the Ayurvedic aproach treatment, helps gain the power and strengthening of the eye muscles. With this treatment, one can fix the problems related to the eye, and even control the dark circles. The dough of black gram is used to create a dam structure around the eye, and inside- purified ghee is poured. The process lasts for about 30 minutes.

In the tapestry of Ayurvedic therapies, Akshi Tarpan stands out as a soul-soothing ritual, an embodiment of profound eye care rooted in ancient wisdom. The name itself, derived from Sanskrit, signifies the act of nourishing and rejuvenating the eyes, making it a therapeutic voyage for one of the most delicate senses.

This unique practice involves creating a well-like structure around the eyes using a dough made from black gram, sealing it securely. Within this enclosure, warm, medicated ghee is poured in a gentle, continuous stream. This meticulous process serves as a sanctuary for the eyes, inviting them to bathe in the healing essence of clarified butter and potent Ayurvedic herbs.

At Arogya Nepal, Akshi Tarpan is not merely a treatment; it's an offering of profound care for the windows to your soul. The therapeutic concoction of ghee and herbs permeates ocular tissues, promoting lubrication, reducing eye strain, and addressing imbalances. This ritual holds immense significance in Ayurveda, believed to enhance vision, alleviate dryness, and nourish the eyes from within.
